I know its been awhile

& you all probably thought I’ve given up. NOPE

:] been running as much as I can eating healthy as much as I can BY PORTIONS (i know shocking) 

and I’ve been seeing some results. its not a whole lot but i can definitely see it. 

I’m going to try and get back on here. <3 I miss you guys hope everyone is well

i am so frustrated. 

its frustrating, and irritating, to have people in your life who aren’t supportive. Like I woke up this morning cause my mother waltz in and told me “wake up! you’re getting fat” Cool thanks, tell me something I don’t know. Or people who are doing the same thing as you working out but they don’t need to! They’re fucking STICKS, and I am all for fucking good health and being fit but if you’re gonna run there with me and complain that you’re fucking fat then go fuck yourself please. Because I am tired of hearing it. If you’re fucking fat then I must be a fucking whale k?

Its infuriating and i just want to punch someone. I am doing as much as I can to juggle everything. School, Homework, Chores, my health, etc. that sometimes I’ll forget and i’ll slip and just eat whatever the fuck i want. Its hard and I’m trying but yes I’m not trying enough. I’m just so angry and frustrated

of course i lose all of my progress when school starts and my period comes -.- fml. :/ i’m trying. but i’m not trying enough. Hopefully I can just kick myself this week and see if i can start going to the gym and eat better.

alright so here’s pictures of my weight loss. The pictures on the left are from when I weighed 180. The ones are the right are from now, weighing a little under 130. The entire weight loss of around 50 pounds took since April ‘11 to November ‘11. Most of the weight that I lost, was around my stomach. It wasn’t healthy to have a lot of weight in that area and my goal was to get to a healthy size for my height. Not to be skinny not to look better not to have a thigh gap but to be healthy.

I’ve never hated my body and I guarantee you, hating your body WILL NOT help you lose weight. I lost the weight because I wasn’t healthy. I always took it one day at a time. At least 20 minutes of exercise, lots of water and healthy food choices. There’s no secret formula to weight loss and you don’t need to diet or cut out foods that you like. If you learn to be happy with what you have, and accept the fact that your body is beautiful the way it is, it will be much easier to reach your goal if what you want to do is lose weight for the right reasons.
